The 4th annual Iowa March For Life happened on Saturday, June 20th, 2026. This annual Rally and March is hosted by The Coalition of Pro-life Leaders of Iowa, of which Iowa Right to Life is a founding member along with The Family Leader and Pulse Life Advocates. The Rally portion was held inside the beautiful Rotunda of the Iowa State Capitol.
Iowa Right to Life’s resource table is always a hub of activity with something for all ages, from coloring pages, comic books, bookmarks, 12-week baby models to give away, magazines for youth, brochures to share, resources for men, for the elderly, how to get involved in the pro-life work, where all the pregnancy resource centers are in Iowa and what services they each offer, signing the pro-life petition for Life at Conception laws, Sidewalk Prayer group, Vote Pro-life stickers, signs for your yard and more. . . .we love to talk to our pro-life friends and encourage them to speak up and stand up for LIFE wherever they are!
The Rally portion of the day was filled with prayers, information, updates and stirring testimonies. Faith is the common motivator for the mission. Pictured at the podium:

The weather was picture perfect for those who participated in the march from the Iowa Capitol over to the Iowa Supreme Court Building and back. Gathering for refreshments of cookies and water under the large shade tree by the Liberty Bell on the Capitol grounds. Everyone enjoyed the fellowship, making new friendships and talking with speakers, legislators and media. The March had high energy with hundreds of attendees ranging in age from infant to 90.

Students For Life of America had a display of 250 white and red bags, representing America’s 250th birthday. The red bags represented the years Roe v. Wade was the law of the land. Thankfully, the white bags are represented since Roe was overturned in 2022.
