Iowa Right to Life was invited to the Students For Life Club meeting on September 15th on the Iowa State University campus in Ames, Iowa. We brought Katey Koppes and Kristi Judkins, who shared their post abortive testimonies and heartfelt experiences leaving Q&A time with the approximately 50 students. Offering free literature of magazines, Iowa Pregnancy Resource Centers brochures, bookmarks, 40 Days For Life information stimulated discussion. It was an encouraging night to hear how God redeems us and uses our stories to motivate the next generation for LIFE. Thank you to Eli, Ethan and Ambrose for the invitation.
Students for Life Club at Iowa State University advocates for nonviolent choices and the end of aggressive violence of any kind. We take a stand against abortion, euthanasia, physician assisted suicide, rape, torture, abuse, unjust war, capital punishment, embryonic stem-cell research, suicide, and human trafficking. We advocate wholly for the woman and her child during pregnancy. We believe abortion isn’t necessary, and are a resource on campus to provide women with necessary resources so that she may continue her pregnancy while accomplishing personal goals. We believe that she is strong enough. We are not affiliated with any religious or political organization. We accomplish all of this through education and outreach in polite and respectful ways.
