DESCRIPTION:Join Iowa Right to Life and be a joyful messenger for LIFE!!!!  The 2025 Iowa State Fair Parade will be broadcast statewide and livestreamed on iowapbs.org\, Facebook and YouTube on Wednesday\, August 6 at 6:15pm. With high school marching bands\, floats\, cool cars\, special causes (like Pro-LIFE !!) and more\, Iowa’s largest parade is full of memorable moments and kicks off the Iowa State Fair for eleven fantastic days August 7-17. \nDetails for joining the Iowa Right to Life walking entry #98:  Iowa Right to Life has been assigned to Lot 19 for staging.  Lot 19 is on the east side of the Capitol building\, on E. 12th Street between Grand and Walnut. The Parade begins at 6:30pm.  Entries will proceed west on Grand Avenue\, passing the Judges’ stand at Robert D. Ray Drive to the ending point at 13th Street and Grand Avenue.  Parking near the end of the parade route and catch the free “D-Line” shuttle.  The D-Line runs between 17th Street and East 6th Street until 6:00pm.  Participants that are being dropped off may be let out at the nearest barricade and will need to walk to the staging Lot 19.  After the parade\, participants should be picked up at the end of the parade route.  Please plan to arrive and join the IRTL group by 6:00pm in Lot 19.  Questions on parade day:  Paula Brown 515-556-6208
