What is more American than parades in our communities celebrating freedom and summer fun with our neighbors in the beautiful heartland of America. On many parades Iowa Right to Life’s joyful walkers are met with round after round of cheering and clapping from onlookers, many shouting “thank you” with thumbs up! There are only a handful of negative responses, and we have watched as positive reactions erupted to drown out any negativity. The parade routes were full of incredible energy, celebrating America’s birthday, small town Iowa charm and the Pro-Life message.
Thank you to Gary Pitts for driving his vehicle covered with Pro-Life signs and handing out popsicles from his window. Thank you to the many joyful walkers who tossed candy, smiled, waved, gave high-fives, and cheered with the onlookers for small towns, America and LIFE.
We invite YOU to join us at one of the upcoming parades; you’ll be glad you did! Check out the calendar for dates and details: https://iowartl.org/calendar/
