Write a Letter to the Editor

       
Sometimes the media gets it right on Pro-life issues
and sometimes they miss the mark.
If you see something good in the media, write them a letter and say, "Thank you!" And if you see something that wasn't right, let them know why. It is important for Pro-lifers to be heard.

Tips to getting a “letter to the editor” published:
• Keep it short. The shortest letters are not only the most likely to get published, they are also the first ones that everyone reads.
• Don’t try to respond to every point in the piece you are writing about. Pick one point and focus on that. 
• Send your letter within 48 hours of the article or editorial that you are responding to. 
• Cite the title and date of the piece you are responding to in your letter. 
• Include your name, address and phone number which the newspaper will need to contact you and verify that you wrote the article.
