Through the creative diligence and courage of Iowa Right to Life board member, Randy Horn, and of Russ Amerling, with Choose Life America, we are thrilled to announce our organization is now accepting DOT applications for these Pro-Life license plates", exclaimed Jenifer Bowen, Executive Director of Iowa Right to Life.
